Educators at daycare centres, schools, and youth centres are often aware of the climate crisis. But the scientific background of climate change rarely plays a role in their own education, so they do not feel confident enough to teach climate change at their institutions. In our project, eight partner institutions from six European countries are working together to empower the educators. We create, test and distribute scientifically and pedagogically tested planning materials on climate issues for different age groups. We create and review educational material on the scientific background of climate change for educators.
